Meet The Team

Your intrepid team of chili connoisseurs:

Aaron

  • Skyline or Goldstar: Skyline
  • First Cincinnati chili experience: Chili coma skews the memory, but one of PHC, Hilltop, Skyline, and Empress.
  • Usual Order: Bowl of plain or chili spaghetti.  Old school order was unique creation called the Hogger:  chilito, crackers, bun, spaghetti, onion, tortilla steamed with chili and melted cheese on top and a glass of chocolate milk on the side.  Now it raises my cholesterol just thinking about it.

Adam

Ben

  • Skyline or Goldstar: Skyline
  • First Cincinnati chili experience: My first chili memories are of my grandmother and I having lunches at the Skyline in Latonia next to to Value City, but living in Covington I spent most of my formative years at Dixie Chili across from Holmes High School.
  • Usual Order: 4-way.  if I’m feeling a bit crazy I throw on a cheese coney.
